ive just moved over to permashiled running my CNR but havent looked at moving to a target painter as i seem to have a decent enough damage rate as it is...might have a look at a target painter but i cant see that the difference would be so big tha...

ok, dog tags.... you can do three things with them...sell them to faction that dislikes them the most, you can use them in station in the LP (loylaty point) store. this then uses your dog tags and your loyalty points from missions run to give you...
